Zig Lambo holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Active in the public markets since 1970, he began his career as a securities analyst, broker, and mergers and acquisitions specialist throughout the 1970s and 1980s, notably initiating the acquisition of Codex Corporation by Motorola in 1977. Zig later became an internationally recognized analyst and consultant in the mining sector and has served as an investor, officer, and advisor to multiple public and private mining companies. He has founded and taken three companies public, including Net:X America Inc., which later became CB Scientific in 2016.
He remains engaged in public and private venture projects across technology and resource development in the U.S., Canada, and Asia.
