Joel DeBellefeuille

Joel DeBellefeuille

Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Joel DeBellefeuille is a corporate executive and strategic leader with experience spanning public affairs, technology, organizational development, and civic engagement. He serves as Executive Chairman & CEO of Blockchain Loyalty Corp. (BBLC) and plays key leadership roles across several ventures in communications, advocacy, and fintech, including Koilink Technologies Inc., The Red Coalition Inc., and the municipal political party Futur Montréal. He is also appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths for Québec and Outside Québec by the Minister of Justice of Québec. Recognized for his work in policy, equity, and community leadership, Joel has been featured across major national media outlets and has contributed to academic programs at McGill University and McMaster University.

Zbigniew Lambo

Zig Lambo holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Active in the public markets since 1970, he began his career as a securities analyst, broker, and mergers and acquisitions specialist throughout the 1970s and 1980s, notably initiating the acquisition of Codex Corporation by Motorola in 1977. Zig later became an internationally recognized analyst and consultant in the mining sector and has served as an investor, officer, and advisor to multiple public and private mining companies. He has founded and taken three companies public, including Net:X America Inc., which later became CB Scientific in 2016. He remains engaged in public and private venture projects across technology and resource development in the U.S., Canada, and Asia.

Svetlana Chernienko is a Canadian-American executive and multidisciplinary creator with a diverse Ukrainian, Belarussian, Russian, and African heritage. She is recognized for her work in mental health advocacy, human rights, fashion, media, and technology-driven brand development. A former president of CF Cosmetics, she helped build the company from the ground up into a recognized beauty brand with a focus on natural, cruelty-free, and vegan products. Her work has been featured across television, media, and creative industries, where she continues to champion innovation, diversity, and tech-enabled growth.

Kathlen Jean

Kathlen Jean is an entrepreneur from Montreal. Her academic background is urban planning. She also completed extensive trainings in building, with the United Nations and in church youth leadership. She has worked many years for large corporations in the financial and construction industries. She has a keen interest for all things pertaining to cities and urban development.
